Mr. Michael Kopach of Camrose, passed away suddenly on Monday, September 22, 2008 at the age of 51 years.
Michael is survived by his parents, Stanley and Helen of Camrose; brother Randy Kopach of Calgary; uncle Leonard (Darlene) of Saskatoon, their children Shantelle and Curtis (Jennifer) of Saskatoon, and their children Ethan and Gabriella; and cousin Darren (Maria) Gafiuk and their son Brian of Edmonton. Michael is also survived by his cousin Donna (Jacinto) Belo of Mexico, and his Godmother, Eleanore Chase of Saskatoon.
Michael was predeceased by his aunt Anne (Mike) Gafiuk.
Funeral services were held on Saturday, September 27, 2008 at 10:30 a.m. from the Camrose United Church with Mary Ann Pastuck officiating. Interment followed in the Camrose Cemetery.
Memorial contributions are gratefully accepted to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, or to the charity of your choice.
