Obituary of Mona Koch

Mona Lisa Koch of Camrose , passed away on Thursday June 26th, 2014 at the age of 44 years at Whitecourt, Alberta. Mona is survived by her husband Darren Koch and beautiful daughter Alyssa Koch of Camrose, Alberta; loving mother Shirley Nelson of Camrose Alberta; brothers Darcy (Susan) Nelson of Daysland Alberta, Russel Nelson of Camrose Alberta; as well as the many nieces and nephews that cherished and loved their aunt. Mona was predeceased by her father Clifford Nelson. Mona was many things to many people. For many of you here, she was a sweet, kind, gentle lady. Some may have known her as funny, smart, caring, and so much more than words could not explain. You may have spent time with her as a friend, or an aunt, daughter, sister, wife, and a mom. She may have given you good advice or just a hug. But thinking of her always brought a smile to your face, I am sure. While words can never fully express how much she meant to us. A funeral service was held on Friday July 4th, 2014 at 1:00pm from the Burgar Memorial Chapel, Camrose, with Rev. Bill Harder Officiating. Inurnment will take place at a later date. Memorial contributions are gratefully accepted to the charity of one's choice.
