Mr. Joseph Raymond Motkoski of Camrose passed away on Sunday, May 8, 2011 at the age of 86 years.
Left to cherish his memory are his special friend Isabelle Lang, children Barbara (Bob) Strilchuk of Spruce Grove, David (Lynne) of Edmonton; five grandchildren Bryce, Jacqueline, Myles, Jason, and Jenna; and four great-grandchildren Davyn, Reid, Zaidyn and Davis.
Joe is also survived by his brother John (Faith) Motkoski of Cranbrook, B.C.; sisters Stella Balog of Camrose and Mary (Bill) Ford of Smith Falls, ON.
Joe was predeceased by his wife Anne; brothers Peter, Paul, and Mike; sisters Rose Stanley and Anne George.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Friday, May 13, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. from St. Francis Xavier Roman Catholic Church (5010 48 A Ave. Camrose) with Rev. Larry Pederson as Celebrant. Interment took place in the Camrose Cemetery.
Memorial contributions are gratefully accepted to The Heart & Stroke Fund or to St. Mary's Hospital.
