Hazel Dingman of Camrose, formerly of Ohaton passed away on Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at the age of 87 years.
Hazel will be deeply missed and will forever be remembered by her children Veronica Oko of Gibbons, Elizabeth "Liz" (Mike) Makoloski of Camrose, Bob Dingman of Camrose County, Stanley (Deanna) Dingman of Red Deer, Florence (John) Boschman of Sherwood Park, Bernice Dingman of Camrose County, and John (Yolanda) Dingman of Ohaton; 21 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; one brother Randal Berke of Calgary; three sisters Vida Innes of Camrose, Lois Brockhoff of Camrose, and Jessie Hall of Camrose.
Hazel was predeceased by her husband Harold; her parents Herman and Myrtle Berke; son Charles; daughter-in-law Gail; son-in-law David Oko; her siblings Ellen, Lloyd, Howard, Bessie, Bernard, and Victor.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 24, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. from the Camrose United Church (4829 50 Street, Camrose, AB) with Mary Ann Pastuck officiating. Interment followed in the Melville Cemetery.
Hazel's family would request you give memorial donations directly to the Melville Cemetery Fund (General Delivery, Kelsey, AB T0B 2K0, c/o Dennis Anderson) or the Battle River Community Foundation (Box 1122, Camrose, AB T4V 4E7).
