Dennis Neil Olstad

(August 6, 1945 - November 9, 2023)

Dennis was born to Harland and Bertha Olstad on August 6, 1945, in Camrose, AB. He was the fourth born of eight children. Dennis, lovingly known as Tide, beloved brother, father, and grandfather passed away peacefully in his home on November 9, 2023, at the age of 78 years old.

On July 14, 1969, Dennis married Inez Hunter. To this union, two children were born.

After a busy life as an entrepreneur, Dennis enjoyed retirement and spending his time with family and friends. He enjoyed numerous vacations with his children and grandchildren. Dennis enjoyed socializing with people and telling a story or two. He will be missed by all who knew him.

Left to cherish his memory are his spouse Inez; his children Larry (Charity), Tammy (Corey) and Susie (John); along with six grandchildren; and his siblings Elaine, Harley, Shirley, Trudy, Randy and Peggy.

Dennis was predeceased by his brother Larry; and brother-in-law Archie.

A Funeral Service was held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, November 20, 2023 from the Burgar Memorial Chapel, 4817 - 51 Avenue Camrose officiated by Rev. Brian Hunter.
