Moy Liang
(December 12, 1934 - November 3, 2023)
Moy Liang of Camrose, Alberta, passed away on Friday, November 3, 2023, at the age of 88 years.
The loving family of Moy Liang is so proud to have a mother who loved, cared for, and supported us throughout our childhood, teenage, and adult years. She kept us safe, gave all that she could, was there when we needed her, and gave us advice with kindness.
The respect we received from Mom, even if she didn’t agree with us, always led to encouraging each one of us to do the right thing.
Mom knew a lot of things that she found out from other siblings. When we were younger, she just refused to let us go the wrong way with tender loving guidance. It’s part of growing up, and mom was the most important for being there for us with dad.
Left to cherish her memory are her children Siak Seng Liang, Saofanh S. Liang (Raymond Yu), Michael (Somphone) Liang, Bruce Liang (Sheila Lindsay), Walter (Tammy) Liang, Wayne Liang, Owen Liang; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Moy was predeceased by her husband Fouchane.
A private family service was held.
