Mr. Ivan Addison Grant of Camrose, passed away on Sunday, July 20, 2008 at the age of 71 years.
Ivan is survived by his loving wife of 50 years Ardith; two daughters: Debora (Gordon) of Ft. Saskatchewan and Wendy (Dr. Mario) of Edmonton; ten grandchildren: Siobhan (Don), Julia (Steve), Anthony (Jodi), David (fiancée Meghan), Adrian (Ramona), Krystal, Gavin, Kieran, Braden, and Tyson and three great-grandchildren: Tyla, Landon and Ryland. Ivan is also survived by his three brothers: Aubrey (Mary) of Toronto, Ken (Gerri) of Brampton, Ont, and David (Ruth) of Point Edward, Nova Scotia.
Ivan was predeceased by his parents, Charles and Margaret, and his sister Avril.
Funeral services were held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, July 26, 2008 from the Burgar Memorial Chapel (4817-51 Ave.) in Camrose with Rev. Brian Hunter (St. Mary's Hospital Pastoral Care) officiating. Cremation has taken place.
Memorial contributions are gratefully accepted to the Parkinson's Society, the Alzheimer Society, or to the charity of your choice.
