Cheryl Lee Shold

(October 28, 1963 - November 15, 2021)

Cheryl Shold, 58, left us on November 15th, 2021 with her family by her side. Cheryl was born October 28th, 1963 in Moose Jaw Saskatchewan to Alice and Stan Lofstrom. She attended high school in Red Lake, Ontario where she met Mark Aultman, the father of her only natural child, Rachel Aultman. Shortly after starting their young family they moved to North Bay, Ontario where Cheryl continued her education in Business Administration and landed her first job at Canadore College. From there, Cheryl and Rachel moved to Fox Creek, Alberta where she met Danny Shold. They married in Canmore, Alberta on October 28th, 1995, forever uniting themselves and their two children (Rachel and Cody).

Cheryl is a wonderful example of someone who was not afraid to chase her dreams and create her own path when one didn’t already exist. She and Danny successfully owned Fox Creek Plumbing and Cherdan Construction, to which she devoted much of her time. When they moved to Camrose and her passion for helping others grew, she fearlessly built Yin Yang Wellness Center where she opened her doors and her heart to the community with a bright smile and a warm hug. She was an intuitive person who cared deeply for all people. She was a passionate Reiki teacher, Hypnotherapist, Craniosacral Therapist, and a life-long learner.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband Danny; her children Cody (Annett Kamenz) of Edmonton, and Rachel Aultman of Montreal, QC; three grandchildren; her mother Alice Bisson; and siblings Larry Bisson of Fox Creek, Lawrie (Brenda) Bisson of Blue Ridge, Angela Bisson of Vancouver, BC, and Yves (Ruth) Bisson of Chilliwack, BC.

Cheryl was predeceased by her father Dominique Bisson; and brothers David and Desmond Bisson.

A Funeral Service was held at 11:11 a.m., Wednesday,  November 24, 2021, at the Burgar Memorial Chapel.
