Gordon Mills, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather, passed away peacefully at the age of 73 years on Friday, January 17, 2014 at the Rosehaven Care Center, Camrose.
Gordon was born in Rosalind, Alberta on Feburary 17,1940 to John and Harriet Mills. Gordon spent most of his employment working at the City of Camrose.
He married the love of his life, Nadine Quesseth, from Donalda. Gordon and Nadine married July 21, 1962. Together they had two lovely children Kim and Sandra.
Gordon leaves to mourn his loving wife Nadine; son Kim (Paulla); daughter Sandra (Steve). He will be cherished by his six granddaughters Aleisha, Melissa, Christine, Lindsey, Kara, Ashley, and great-grandchildren Jayden and Adrianne. Gordon was predeceased by his parents and brother Jack.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 21, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. from the Burgar Memorial Chapel with Rev. Brian Hunter officiating.
If friends so desire, memorial contributions are gratefully accepted to the charity of one's choice.
