Michael Vincent Crossman

(November 10, 1963 - April 7, 2021)

It is with great sadness that the family announces the sudden passing of Michael Vincent Crossman of Antigonish, NS, on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at the age of 57 years.

Mike was known to be a hardworking, honest man with a heart of gold leaving a positive impression on everyone he came into contact with. He loved spending time with his grandchildren Colby and Vincent, as well as, taking his beloved dog Crash with him everywhere he went.

Mike was an old soul who was passionate about Classical movies and the Montreal Canadians hockey team. Mike was a father to Natasha and Douglas Crossman who he truly devoted his life to. He was always there for them, whether it was getting them out of trouble or making sure that they always had someone behind them encouraging and being their guidance in life. His patience and words of wisdom will forever be missed by everyone, but will never be forgotten.

Left to cherish his memory are his daughter Natasha Crossman;  son Bradley Piper; grandchildren Colby, Vincent, and Wynter; best friend Barb Piper; siblings Mabel Karsilin, Edna Benoit, Mary Poirier, Evangeline Deroschie, Judy Fraser, Rose (Walter) Avery, Ann (Leonard) MacDonald, Joseph (Joann), Veronica (John) Hart, Jamie (Dorothy), Bernadette (Pat) Pace, Martha (Wally) Chisholm, and June Crossman; special nieces Lisa McLaughlin, and Barbara Poirier-DeWolfe; special nephew Doug Crossman; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Mike was predeceased by his son Douglas; daughter Lena; grandson Landon; parents Charles and Evangeline; brothers Douglas and Charlie; sisters-in-law Debbie, and Vonda; and brothers-in-law Connie, Joe, Tom, and Vern.

A private family service was held.
