Maxine Margaret Durand of New Norway passed away on Wednesday, April 13, 2011 at the age of 70 years.
Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband Pat; her children Dean Durand of Camrose, Michelle (Todd) Mckinnon of Airdrie, and Lynne Pedersen(Stacey) of Camrose; six grandchildren Steven, Corey, Ashley, Kevin, Erin, and Jamie.
Maxine is also survived by one brother Larry (Phyllis) Fitzgerald of Fort McMurray, and two sisters Patsy (Mike) Torpe, Linda (Mark) Kinnee, both of Camrose; one brother-in-law Walter Byers and numerous nieces and nephews.
Maxine was predeceased by her parents Frank and Ruby; and one sister Joyce Byers.
Funeral services were held on Saturday, April 16, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. from St. Franis Xavier Roman Catholic Church with Rev. Larry Pederson officiating. Inurnment will take place at a later date.
Memorial contributions are gratefully accepted to the charity of one's choice.
