Dianne Katherine Sieben of Camrose passed away on Monday, December 2, 2013 at the age of 67 years. Dianne Katherine Keller was born to Adam and Emily Keller on January 18th 1946, in Provost Alberta. She was a vibrant young girl, raised in the Compeer area, along with her 11 siblings. She quickly became a young woman and found the man of her dreams, Joseph Lawrence Sieben of Provost, whom she married on July 28th, 1965. They started their family almost immediately, giving life to two wonderful baby boys; Grant on October 21st, 1966 and Todd on August 14th, 1970. Although Dianne and Joe loved their lives in Provost, they have spent the last 18 years of happiness in Camrose. Dianne was an energetic person, full of passion for life. A woman with many talents, she thrived at whatever challenge she was faced with. She was a selfless person who gave openly and graciously whenever there was someone hurting, or in need. She was the loudest cheerleader during all the sporting events she so willingly attended, and missed very few road trips to the various sporting venues. She was her grandchildren's biggest advocate. Dianne left this world so suddenly. She leaves to cherish her memory, Joe, her husband of 48 years; her son Grant and his three children Michael, Emily and Hannah; her son Todd and daughter-in-law Tammy and their two children Kyle and Chad; her sisters Julie, Loyola and Lee, and her brothers Ed, Wilf, Myrell, Lorne, Ron, Pat and Manny. She will be welcomed in heaven by her parents, Emily and Adam, and her youngest sister Mary. Dianne will always be loved, and will be missed by so many. Family and friends were her greatest passion, and she was very fortunate to have so many. A prayer vigil was held on Thursday, December 5, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. from the Burgar Memorial Chapel. A Mass of the Resurrection was held on Friday, December 6, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. from St. Francis Xavier Roman Catholic Church (5010 48 A Ave, Camrose) with Rev. Larry Pederson as celebrant. Inurnment followed in the Camrose Cemetery. If friends so desire, memorial contributions are gratefully accepted to Kidsport Camrose (kidsportcamrose@cable-lynx.net) or the charity of one's choice.
