Obituary of Victor Leroux

Victor was born in Fisher Branch, Manitoba on September 7, 1959 to Stanley and Lillian Leroux. After finishing his schooling, Vic started working in the Oil Field which he showed great passion for. Vic was always a very dedicated and hard worker. He passed away peacefully at the age of 54 on Saturday, October 19, 2013 at their home in Camrose. Vic enjoyed spending his time going on family camping trips, taking people out for rides on his boat, playing cards, and mostly spending time with his three grandsons. Left to cherish his memory are his wife of thirty years, Betty; daughters Jody (Clayton) Frey of Beaumont, Renee (Andre) Blanchette of Camrose and Brooke Leroux of Camrose; three grandchildren Easton Frey, Carson and Reid Blanchette; three brothers Lenard (Darlene) Leroux of Ontario, Dave (Janice) Leroux of Ontario and Ernie (Susan) Leroux of Longview, Alberta; and sister Suzanne (Dale) Leroux of High River. Vic was predeceased by his mother and father Lillian and Stan; and one nephew Lonny. A Public Visitation has taken place 2:00 p.m. until 2:30 Friday, October 25, 2013 from Burgar Memorial Chapel. Fellowship followed at the Masonic Hall between 2:00 p.m., and 4:00 p.m. If family and friends so desire, memorial contributions are gratefully accepted to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, or to the Cross Cancer institute.
