Rupert Allan Wenig

(November 28, 1938 - August 10, 2018)

 

Rupert Allan Wenig of Camrose, Alberta, passed away on Friday, August 10, 2018, at the age of 79 years.

 

Left to cherish his memory are his wife Aline; children Wendy Wenig (Will Voth) of Camrose, Sheila (Bernie) Drees of Golden, B.C., Allan (Brenda) of Camrose County, and Ian Wenig of Camrose; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild; siblings Eileen (Jake) DeBoer of Camrose, Linda Vandenberg of Camrose, Rita (Bill) Webster of Camrose, and Elwood Wenig of Prince Albert, Saskatchewan; and sisters-in-law Jean Wenig and Joyce Wenig, Corrine Wenig.

 

Rupert was predeceased by his parents Joseph and Esther Wenig; and brothers Conrad, Alois, and Lorenz.
 

A private family service will be held.


If family and friends so desire, memorial contributions in Rupert's memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation as well as Camrose and District Centennial Museum.
