Earl "Jerry" Smith of Camrose passed away on Tuesday, July 23, 2013 at the age of 64 years.
Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife Diana; son Jason Smith; mother Joyce; one brother William (Deb) Smith of Sherwood Park; sister Joni (Raymond) Bourassa of Plamondon, AB; sister-in-law Lana (Gord) Ible of Spruce Grove; brother-in-law Randy Kopinsky of Edmonton.
Jerry was predeceased by his father Earle and brother James.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 30, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. from the Burgar Memorial Chapel with Mary Ann Pastuck officiating.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hope Mission Edmonton (Box 953 Edmonton, T5J 2L8), St. Mary's Hosptial Foundation - Palliative Care Unit, or to the charity of one's choice.
