Obituary of Bailey Lievers

Bailey Jordan Lievers of Camrose passed away on Sunday, July 7, 2013 at the age of 18 years. Bailey was born December 11, 1994 at 9:32 p.m. 6lbs 6ozs at the Grey Nuns Hospital in Edmonton, Alberta. Bailey attended school in Camrose, Alberta at Sparling School from Kindergarten to Grade 5, Jack Stuart School for Grade 6, Charlie Killam for Grades 7-9, Camrose Composite High School for Grades 10-12. She graduated in 2012. Bailey attended the University of Alberta where she completed the first year of her major in Environmental Science. Bailey loved to be with friends, family and most of all her sister Morgan. Morgan was the centre of her universe, the two were inseparable. Bailey enjoyed so many things. A few of them include camping trips where she loved to go quadding, fishing and boating. Bailey loved to travel; Mexico, Quebec, California, Arizona and all over Alberta and BC. Bailey loved her two dogs Wilson and Kobe, and her cat Abbey. A few of her favorite foods were bacon, KD (Kraft Dinner), mini eggs, smarties, Booster Juice, chocolate, granola bars, pretty much anything that was not a fruit or vegetable. Bailey was always taking naps. The car, the couch, social functions, it was not uncommon to find her fast asleep somewhere. She also loved to go shopping and add to her color coordinated closet and she always made sure her hair was perfect. Bailey is survived by her parents Darren and Jennifer; sister Morgan; grandparents Don and Linda Lievers; grandmother Linda Ripley; aunts Dawn, Charlene, Stephanie, Sondra and Allison; uncles Kevin, Curtis and Chuck; and cousins Vanessa, Hayden and Chaysa. To know Bailey was to instantly fall in love with the outgoing, kind, sweet and compassionate girl that was truly beautiful on both the inside and out. She always put others ahead of herself and would do anything for anyone at a moment's notice. She was always so happy, positive and people were drawn to her because of it. Bailey's laugh was even more unforgettable, the girl laughed from the heart and could turn anyone's bad day into a great one. A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 13, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. from the Camrose Regional Exhibition (4250 Exhibition Drive, Camrose). Cremation has taken place. If friends so desire memorial contributions are gratefully accepted to the Stollery Children's Hospital.
