Clarice Boletha Olafson (nee Skaret) of Camrose, formerly of Armena passed away on Friday, July 5, 2013 at the age of 92 years.
Left to cherish her memory are her children Wayne (Janice) of Armena, Shirley (Denny) Gray of La Quinta, California, Larry (Deb) of Armena, Mark (Pat) of Camrose, Fay Olafson of Camrose; ten grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; one brother Daniel (Brenda) Skaret of Saskatoon; one sister Thelma (Niels) Hjorth of Camrose; and sister-in-law Dolores Skaret of Camrose.
Clarice was predeceased by her husband Art; brothers Marville and Philip.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 11, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. from the Scandia Lutheran Church (Armena, Alberta) with Rev. Norm Lentz officiating. Interment has taken place in the Scandia Lutheran Cemetery, Armena.
Memorial contributions are gratefully accepted to The Clarice Olafson Scholarship Fund, (c/o U of A Augustana Campus, Camrose); The Bethany Care Group; or Scandia Lutheran Church.
