Vernon Edwin Olson of Bawlf, Alberta passed away on Friday, November 16, 2012 at the age of 71 years.
Left to cherish his memory are his children Dan (Carrie) Olson of Finleyville, Pennsylvania, and Ken Olson of Zama City, Alberta; three grandchildren Carlene, Alena, and Austin Olson.
Vernon is also survived by one brother Roger Olson of Bawlf; sisters Velma (Tom) Wedgwood of Bawlf, Victoria (Dennis) Stenlund of Bawlf, June Johnson of Stettler, Grace Sawers of Viking.
Vernon was predeceased by his parents, one son Rodrick.
A funeral service was Wednesday, November 21, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. from the Burgar Memorial Chapel with Rev. Bill Harder officiating. Interment has taken place in the Camrose Cemetery.
Memorial contributions are gratefully accepted to the Heart and Stroke foundation of Alberta or to the charity of one's choice.
