Luella Margaret Buchanan (Skognes) of Camrose died Saturday August 11, 2012.
Left to cherish her memory are her children Marvin Skognes (Sue Carter) of Spokane, Washington, Philip (Marion) Skognes of Campbell River, BC, Carol (Allen) Banack of Camrose, Alberta, and Allen Skognes (Aaron Contois) of Edmonton, Alberta; eight grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; brother Wilbert (Ashild) Lyseng of Camrose, Alberta; and sister Mildred Bjorgum of Camrose, Alberta.
Luella was predeceased by her first husband Oscar John Skognes; second husband John Arthur Buchanan; sister Elsie; and brothers Richard and Arthur.
A Funeral Service was held 2:30 p.m., Thursday, August 16, 2012 from Camrose First Baptist Church with Pastor David Eriksson officiating. Interment followed in the Camrose Cemetery.
If family and friends so desire, memorial contributions are greatly accepted to the charity of one's choice.
