Obituary of Murray Milne

Murray Douglas Milne was born Jan. 5, 1938 at La Riviere, MB and passed away on July 28, 2012 at the age of 74. When he was 2½ yrs old he moved with his family to Flin Flon, MB. After he finished his schooling he joined Hudson Bay Mining & Smelting and took a Mechanic Apprenticeship with them. He married Marie-Paule (Molly) St. Pierre on April 23, 1960. They had three children. He worked as a mechanic or with cars and trucks most of his life. He lived in Flin Flon, Winnipeg, Snow Lake, and Thompson, MB, Strathmore and Camrose, AB. He leaves behind his wife of 52 years Molly, daughter Heather Sheppard (Norris), son Keith (Wayne Richardson), daughter Gwen Keith (Jim), granddaughters Taylor & Alex Keith & Vanessa Sheppard, sister Hazel Forget (Pierre), brother Garry, sister Bonnie Enright (Kelvin) and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents David & Ellen Milne and his brother Gerald. Funeral Services were held on Friday, August 3, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. from the Burgar Memorial Chapel (4817 51 Ave Camrose) with Rev. Murray Cowan officiating. Cremation has taken place.
