Mr. Conrad "Con" Ole Bjornson of Camrose passed away on Thursday, February 3, 2011 at the age of 78 years.
Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife Connie; children Warren (Susie) Bjornson of New Norway, Marlaine (Terry) Hockam of Australia, Crystal Bjornson of Cochrane, Penny (Stuart) Schriver of Dubai, U.A.E., Tyler Bjornson (Jin Li) of Calgary; six grandchildren Jennifer, Nicholas, Matthew, Mitchell, Benjamin, and Billy.
Con is also survived by five brothers Irvin (Jean), Clifford,Leo (Wilma), Dave, and Bev (Donna); one sister Betty Gruntman.
Con was predeceased by his parents, and one brother Bernie.
Funeral services were held on Tuesday, February 8, 2011 at 1:30 p.m. from the Messiah Lutheran Church with Rev. Kenn Ward officiating. Inurnment took place in the Camrose Cemetery.
Memorial donations are gratefully accepted to St. Mary's Hospital Palliative Care, Nature Conservancy of Canada, or the Con Bjornson Kodiak Hockey School Fund.
