Mr. Ron Hale passed away peacefully at Royal Alexandra Hospital Edmonton, AB on May 8th, 2012.
Ron was predeceased by his mother Cora; sisters Judy Ayres and Barb (Welly) LaCroix. Leaving to mourn with many memories; daughters Rhonda (Philip) Johnson of Goulds, Newfoundland and Rhea Lynn Hale(Hugo Prosser) of Boyle, Alberta; grandson Joshua Hale and granddaughters Haley, Sarah, Alexandra and Elizabeth Johnson; sisters Elaine (Frank) Van Overloop of Port Hope , Ont, Winnie (Chris) McQuillan of Surrey B.C., Cynthia Hale of Surrey,B.C. and Lori (Jim) Schmidt of Surrey,B.C.
He will be sadly missed with great memories by brother-in-law and friend Jim Schmidt; friends Brian and Bev Hocker and Tony Farrell - their kindness and support during Ron's illness was unwavering. Also leaving to mourn a large circle of friends especially those who shared his love of auctions, flea markets and garage sales.
A time of visitation was held on Saturday May 12, 2012 from 10:00am -1:00pm at the Burgar Memorial Chapel in Camrose, Alberta 4817 - 51ave.
A funeral service was held on Saturday May 12, 2012 at 1:00pm from the Burgar Memorial Chapel.
Cremation to follow the service.
Memorial contributions are gratefully accepted to The Canadian Cancer Society.
