Shelly Woroschuk of Camrose passed away on Wednesday, January 18, 2012 at the age of 47 years.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband Curtis; one daughter Iris; father Ray Mizera; sister Susan Mizera; and mother-in-law Beatrice.
Shelly was predeceased her mother Donna.
A private family service was held at the Burgar Memorial Chapel.
Memorial contributions are gratefully accepted to the Cancer Society.
