Ms. Shelley Chernoff of Camrose passed away on Saturday, January 16, 2010 at the age of 42 years.
She is survived by her daughters, several Aunts and Uncles, many cousins, and numerous friends.
She was predeceased by her mother Susan.
Funeral services were held at the Burgar Memorial Chapel with Rev. Brian Hunter. Inurnment followed in the Camrose Cemetery.
Donations are gratefully accepted to the charity of one's choice.
