Doris Johnson of Camrose passed away on September 28, 2009 at the age of 78 years.
She is survived by Colleen (Brian) Nelson of Ohaton, Dale (Jackie) Johnson of Camrose, Sandy (Jeff) Murray of Red Deer; grandchildren, Penny, Sean, Russell, Sarah and Taylor; brothers Allan (Loretta) Beggs of Regina, Don (Bev) Beggs of Battleford, Ross (Evelyn) Beggs of Edmonton; sisters Lois Beggs of Saskatoon, Carol (Ron) Pederson of Nelson, B.C., and Diane Vogt of Calgary. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by one brother Lyall Beggs (1999) and her mother and father.
Funeral services were held on Friday, October 2, 2009 at 2:00 p.m., from Camrose United Church with Rev. Alan Richards officiating. Inurnment will follow at a later date.
Memorial donations are gratefully accepted to the Alzheimer's Society or to a charity of one's choice.
