Mr. James Orr of Bawlf passed away on Thursday, September 24, 2009 at the age of 66 years.
Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife Connie, children Bartley "Bart" (Karen) Orr of Rosalind and Lisa Winters of Camrose, 2 grandchildren Hayley and Ryley.
He is also survived by brothers George Orr of Kelsey, Chester (Mary Ellen) Orr of Camrose, Melvin (Dorothy) Orr of Armstrong B.C, Neil (Donna) Orr of Kelsey; sisters Nellie (Don) Zimmer of Spring Lake and brother-in-law Jim Helmig of Rosalind.
James was predeceased by his parents Jack & Bertha, 2 sisters Laura Sand (Howard) and Geneva Helmig and one infant sister.
A prayer service was held on Monday, September 28, 2009 at 7:30 p.m. from Our Lady of the Prairies Roman Catholic Church in Daysland. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Tuesday, September 29, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. from Our Lady of the Prairies Roman Catholic Church in Daysland with Rev. Leon Kler officiating.
Interment followed in the Bawlf Cemetery.
Memorial donations are gratefully accepted to the A.L.S. Society or The Daysland Hospital Foundation, or the charity of one's choice
A Memorial Tree was planted for James
