Helen Marie Rogoski was born December 16, 1933 to Edward and Rose Rogoski and passed away in the Louise Jensen Care Center in Camrose on September 14, 2009.
Helen was overjoyed when she was united with her son, Mark Daly of Idaho, in 2006. During the last years of her life, Mark and his wife Kerstin made four trips to visit Helen, bringing grandchildren and great grandchildren to meet her.
Left to cherish her memory is her son Mark (Kerstin); three grandchildren; five great grandchildren; four sisters: Ann (Stan) Gabruck, Olga (Joe) Szott, Alexis (Rudy) Szott, Margaret (Brian) Miciak; one brother Ken (Laura) Rogoski; two sister-in-laws: Verla Roguski and Clara Rogoski; close friend John Sharuga; and many nieces, nephews and friends. She was predeceased by her parents and two brothers, Albert and Stan.
A prayer service was held Thursday September 17, 2009 at 7:30 p.m from St. Francis Xavier Roman Catholic Church (5010 48A Avenue Camrose, AB.). A Mass of Christian Burial was held Friday, September 18, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. from St. Francis Xavier Roman Catholic Church (5010 48A Avenue Camrose, AB). Interment followed at the Daysland Cemetery.
