Obituary of Marie Stewart

We salute the life of Marie Stewart (Wnuk). Born June 17, 1925, Marie lived a very full life marked by many challenges, love, learning and friendships. Wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend to many, Marie left the world on July 12, 2011. The last of this generation in her family, she was pre-deceased by her son and our beloved brother Owen Clifford; our father Clifford Edward; her parents, our Baba and Papa, Sophia and Joseph; her sisters, Nellie, Victoria, and Nelsie; and her brothers, Stanley and Lloyd. Our big Ukranian family and our Scottish ancestors welcome her spirit.
Marie leaves a legacy in her daughters, Eunice Marie and Claire Elizabeth; her grandchildren, Kyra and Brianne Kondro, Chris Reaburn, and Amberyl Watson; and her great grandchildren, Linden and Clarkson Reaburn.
Funeral services will be held at Marie's home town in Camrose, Alberta from the Burgar Memorial Chapel at 2 p.m. on Saturday, August 27, 2011. For all of you who knew Marie, please feel welcome to come and say goodbye. The family wishes donations to the Muscular Dystrophy Association of Canada http://www.muscle.ca/western-canada/home.html in lieu of flowers.
Thank you to the wonderful nurses and staff at Sunset Extendicare in Regina where Marie was loved and cared for and created memories that money can't buy.
