Mr. Val Blake of Daysland, passed away on Thursday April 9, 2009 at the age of 38 years.
Val is survived by his loving wife, Allison and their three children; Keely, Austin and Shyah, also his parents Thomas and Betty Blake, two sisters Patty (Greg) Coumont and Bonnie (Lorne) Blumhagen.
Funeral services were held on Wednesday April 15, 2009 at 1:00pm from Our Lady of the Prairies Roman Catholic Church, Daysland Alberta with Pastor Lawrence Johnston officiating.
Memorial contributions can be made in the form of a pledge to Val's children for the Relay for Life Walk, pledge sheets will be available at the funeral service in Daysland.
