Lila Marie Anderson of Sherwood Park, formerly of Donalda passed away on Friday, July 1, 2011 at the age of 94 years.
Left to cherish her memory are her children Luverne (Janice) of Athabasca, Don (Carol) of Sherwood Park, Gary of Sherwood Park, Yvonne (Marvin) Olson of Trochu, and Irene (Vern) Harder of Peace River; daughter-in-law Marjorie Anderson of Red Deer; 19 grandchildren, and 38 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great grandchildren.
Lila is also survived by her sister Esther Johnson of Nelson, B.C.; two sisters-in-laws Caroline Hilde, Doreen Likness, brother-in-law-Donald Anderson.
Lila was predeceased by her husband Wilfred, son Wayne; and daughter-in-law Marjorie Anderson (Luverne).
Funeral services were held on Saturday, July 9, 2011 at 12:00 p.m. from Bethany Lutheran Donalda Church with Rev. Don Anderson officiating. Interment followed in the Church Cemetery.
