Mrs. Mary Sather of Daysland passed away on Tuesday, August 12, 2008 at The Daysland Health Centre at the age of 91 years.
Mary is lovingly remembered by her two children Myrna (George) Gibson of Bawlf and Jeanette Jensen of Toronto, Ont. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and one sister Olga Wirth of Daysland.
Mary was predeceased by her parents Steve and Margaret Karchut, her husband Chris, son Eldon and great-grandson Robbie Pasychnyk. She was also predeceased by one sister Anne, two brothers Mike & Nick and sister Sopie in infancy.
A Funeral Liturgy was held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, August 15, 2008 from Our Lady of the Prairies Roman Catholic Church, Daysland with Rev. Larry Pederson as celebrant. Interment followed in the Daysland Cemetery.
Memorial Contributions are gratefully accepted in memory of Mary to Providence Place or the Daysland Hospital Foundation.
