Mary Eleanor Finley
(January 26, 1928 - November 13, 2022)
Mary Eleanor Finley of Camrose, Alberta, peacefully passed away on Sunday, November 13, 2022 at the age of 94 years.
Left to cherish her memory are her children Marilyn Bittorf of Camrose, Judy (Miles) Christianson of Chestermere, Gail Finley of Camrose, and sister-in-law Maureen (Dennis) Hare of Camrose; grandchildren Steven Bittorf, Darren (Dawn) Bittorf, Lisa (Kurt) McGregor, Kerri Paterson, Joshua (Alicia) Finley, and Megan (Daniel) Mantey; thirteen great-grandchildren; sister Doris Nield of Virden, MB, sister-in-law Audrey Lone of Morden, MB; brother-in-law Doug Dodds of Souris, MB; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Mary was predeceased by her husband Alvin; son Lyle; daughter Diane; seven brothers and two sisters.
At Mary's request, no formal service will be held. The family will hold a Celebration of Life in the spring of 2023.
If family and friends so desire, memorial contributions in Mary's memory may be made to the Alberta Cancer Foundation, or to the Camrose United Church.
