Duane Huseby

(June 12, 1940 - July 11, 2022)

 

Duane, second son of Conrad and Alice Huseby, was born on June 12, 1940, in Camrose, Alberta, and passed away on July 11, 2022, at the age of 82.


Duane loved farming, so he quit school in 1956 in order to farm with his dad. In 1959 he married Audrey Armstrong, of Fort Saskatchewan and together they had two children, Wesley and Jodi.
He enjoyed farming with his son and watching his grandchildren take an interest in farming too.
 

Left to cherish his memory are his wife Audrey; son Wesley (Sandra) Huseby of Gladstone District; daughter Jodi (Tod) Tetz of Camrose County; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; brother Terry (Bev) Huseby of Gladstone; and sister Sandra (Warren) Watson of Edmonton.

 

Duane was predeceased by his parents Alice and Conrad Huseby; and brother Dennis Huseby.
 

At Duane's request, there will be no formal service. 


If family and friends so desire, memorial contributions in Duane's memory may be made to the Hegre Lutheran Church, Bawlf, Alberta.
