David Ralph Hayworth

(March 17, 1925 - February 6, 2019)

 

David Ralph Hayworth of Camrose, Alberta, formerly of Daysland, passed away on Wednesday, February 6, 2019 at the age of 93 years.

 

Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 65 years, Lillian; children Diane (Donald) Elliott of Coronation, David of Mannville, Dennis of Medicine Hat, Gary (Nancy) of Camrose, Patrick of Camrose, and Brian (Donna) of Hay Lakes; nine grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and sister Lillian Schroeder of Edmonton. 

 

David was predeceased by his granddaughter Karlee Hayworth, great-grandson Bo Hayworth; and siblings Rueben, Arnold, Raymond, Wilfred, and Ida Mae.
  

A private family service will be held at a later date.


If family and friends so desire, memorial contributions in David's memory may be made to St. Mary's Hospital Foundation.
