Obituary of Ronald Cole

Ronald Cole of Baynes Lake, B.C. passed away peacefully at Bethany Meadows Care Facility in Camrose, AB. on January 15th, 2008, at the age of 77 years. He was predeceased by his loving wife Helen in 1993. Left to cherish his memory are his two sons: Dan and his wife Vicki and his grandchildren Michael, Sarah and Bryan of Camrose, AB.; Gary and his wife Doreen, and his grandchildren Jamie and Lauren of St. Albert, AB.; brother Les Gallamore of Fernie, B.C.; and many friends. Ron worked for many years at Burns Foods in Calgary. In his retirement years, Ron's special enjoyments were playing with his grandchildren, playing cards and visiting with friends, fishing, and gardening at his home at Bayne's Lake, BC. A Memorial Service will be held at Holy Family Catholic Church in Fernie, B.C. on Tuesday, January 29th, 2008, at 10:30 a.m. with a luncheon to follow at the hall next to the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Ron's name may be made to the Canadian Alzheimer Society of Canada at www.alzheimer.ca.
