Obituary of Ross John Winczura

Ross John Winczura of Daysland, Alberta, passed away on Saturday, July 14, 2018, at the age of 87 years.

Left to cherish his memory are his children Brian (Leslie) of Ardrossan, Blaine of Viking, and Beverley (Barry) Anuszewski of Falher; five grandchildren Sabrina, Olivia, Rebecca, Polly and Kayla; two great-grandchildren Roman and Katherine; sisters Doris (Dick) Mutton of Sangudo, Jean (Cam) Marshall of Spruce Grove, and Olga Socholotuik of Fort Saskatchewan; and brothers Edward (Sandy) of Stettler, Donald of Viking, and Gordon (Theresa) of Redcliff.

Ross was predeceased by his wife Kathleen (2013); sister Mary Robertson; and brothers Louis and Alfred.

A Funeral Service was held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, July 21, 2018, from Burgar Memorial Chapel with Rev. Liz Carter-Morgan officiating. Inurnment will take place in the St. Peters Cemetery in Bashaw at a later date.
