Heather Anne Cisek of Camrose, Alberta, formerly of Oshawa, Ontario, passed away on Wednesday, May 30, 2018 at the age of 60 years.
Left to cherish her memory are her children Alexander Somers, Lisa Moore, Christine Moore, and Sean Moore; step-children Paul Cisek, Sarah-Jane Cisek, and Colleen (Steve) Gonzalez; mother Audrey Johnson; and brothers Bill Smith, and Bob Smith.
Heather was predeceased by her husband William; father Thomas Smith; and brother-in-law Robert Cisek.
No public formal service will be held.
If family and friends so desire, memorial contributions are gratefully accepted to the charity of one's choice.
