Mrs. Anna Hildebrand of Camrose passed away on Monday, September 27, 2010 at the age of 89 years.
Left to cherish her memory are her children: Larry Hildebrand (Debra Wilson) of Castlegar, B.C., Don Hildebrant of Edson, Ruby (Don) Carstairs of Camrose, and Susan (Dave) Nordstrom of New Norway; 6 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Anna is also survived by two brothers: Dave (Doreen) Sawatzky and Henry Sawatzky both of Altona, Manitoba; and five sisters:Susan (Henry) Schroeder of Richmond, B.C., Nettie Wahl of Abbotsford, B.C., Betty Hawry of Abbotsford, B.C., Mary Geisbrecht, and Marg Harten of Richmond, B.C.
Anna was predeceased by her husband Peter, daughter Mary Ann Hildebrand, brother Charles Sawatzky, and sisters Tina Enns and Helen Hildebrand.
Funeral services were held on Sunday, October 3, 2010 at 3:00 p.m. from the Burgar Memorial Chapel with Rev. Brian Krushel officiating. Interment followed in the Camrose Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are gratefully accepted to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
A Memorial Tree was planted for Anna
