Shirley Margaret Sather of Galahad, formerly of Forestburg passed away on Saturday, September 25, 2010 at the age of 90 years.
Left to cherish her memory is her daughter Sandy (Gerald) Porter; granchild Jeffrey (Charlene) Porter of High River; two great-grandchildren Erin and Kylie. Shirley is also survived by one sister Alaire Oberg of Forestburg.
She was predeceased by her husband Peter, two sons Gregg and Garry.
Funeral services were held on Monday, October 4, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. from the Forestburg Hall with Rev. Stephen Haughland officiating. Inurnment took place in the Pleasington Cemetery.
If friends so desire memorial contributions are gratefully accepted to The Galahad Care Center.
