Obituary of Jeanette Knudson

Mrs. Jeannette Knudson of Camrose, AB formerly of Ryley, AB passed away on Thursday, February 11, 2010 in Camrose at the age of 85 years. Jeannette will be lovingly remembered by her five children Tim (Verleen) of Ryley, Allan of Edmonton, Joanne Knudson (Don Hunt) of Edmonton, Lance (Carmen) of Calgary, and Larry (Tracy) of Spruce Grove; as well as her thirteen grandchildren. She is also survived by her two brothers Melvin (Lorraine) Bergman of Chilliwack, B.C., and Gerald Bergman of Borden, Sask.; her three sisters Enid Watland of Camrose, Joyce Miller of Burnaby, B.C. and Evelyn Kobayashi of Kelowna, B.C.; as well as numerous other family and friends. Jeannette was predeceased by her husband Eddie in 2001. Funeral services were held on Tuesday, February 16, 2010 at 1:00 p.m., from Messiah Lutheran Church with Pastor Laverne Hoveland officiating. Interment followed in the Zion Lutheran Church Cemetery. If friends so desire, memorial contributions may be made to the Cross Cancer Institute or the Zion Lutheran Church Cemetery Fund.
