Mr. Donald Cappis was born September 6, 1958 in Camrose and passed away on March 20, 2009 in Edmonton, Alberta.
Donnie is survived by his loving children; four brothers Barrie (Barb), Rodger, Ken and Cameron (Caroline); his six sisters Delphine Knopp, Betty (Ace) Norton, Gelnna (Wayne) Thompson, Joyce Nelson, Gloria Cappis and Bev (Dennis) Standyk; one sister-in-law Rosa Cappis; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Donnie was predeceased by his parents Arthur and Florence Cappis; one sister Sharon Tomczak and one brother Len Cappis.
Funeral Services were held on Saturday, March 28, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. from the Burgar Memorial Chapel with Rev. Stuart Ravnsborg officiating. Inurnment followed in the Camrose Cemetery.
If friends so desire memorial contributions may be made in memory of Donnie to the Alberta Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Alberta Cancer Foundation
