Obituary of Cindy Foss

Cindy Foss was born to John and Donna Wagner in Camrose Alberta on October 5, 1956 and passed away in the Edson Hospital after a long and courageous battle with cancer on March 14, 2009. Cindy married the love of her life Dennis Foss in Round Hill Alberta where they settled and raised 3 children, Christopher, Cameron and Candiss until 1987 when the family moved to Killam Alberta. Cindy enjoyed working at the Killam Drugstore where she developed life-long friendships with many co-workers and customers. Cindy's greatest gift in life was her ability to bring pure happiness and laughter through her beautiful smile and unfailing passion for life. She was a loving woman who left a lasting impression on all those she met. Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 34 years Dennis, daughter Candiss (Mike) sons Chris (Jodi) and Cameron, mother Donna, stepfather Chuck, Grandmother Mary, brothers Darwin and Randy, stepsisters Debbie, Trish and Wendy, stepbrothers Donald and Doug, grandchildren Alexandra, Faith, Carter and Liam, numerous nephews and nieces and a host of very close relatives and friends. Cindy was predeceased by her father John, paternal grandparents Erwin and Bernice Wagner, and maternal grandparents Fred and Mabel Gotheridge. Funeral services were held on Thursday, March 19, 2009 at 1:30 p.m., from Messiah Lutheran Church in Camrose with Rev. David Eriksson officiating. Interment followed in the Bosmans Cemetery, Round Hill, Alberta. Memorial contributions are gratefully accepted to the Alberta Cancer Foundation.
