Pastor Reinhold "Reiny" Hohnsbein of Camrose, passed away on Wednesday, February 25, 2009 in Lethbridge at the age of 67 years.
Reiny is survived by his loving wife Lillian and children: Rebecca Hohnsbein of Edmonton and Benjamin Hohnsbein of Camrose. He is also survived by two brothers: Claude (Emma) of Puerto Rico and Vincent of Fairhaven, Michigan; and his sister Suzan Jackson of Jackson, Michigan.
Reinhold was predeceased by his parents Rev. Hans and Johannah.
Public visitation was be held at 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 4, 2009 from the Burgar Memorial Chapel. Funeral services were held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, March 5, 2009 from Messiah Lutheran Church with Rev. David Eriksson and Rev. Jeff Ducell officiating. Cremation took place following the funeral service.
Memorial contributions are gratefully accepted to the Lutheran Theological Seminary, Saskatoon, the Chaplancy Program at U of A Augustana Campus, or the charity of your choice.
