Mrs. Gertrude Meriam of Camrose, formerly of Ferintosh, passed away on Saturday, January 17, 2009, at the age of 81 years.
Gertrude is survived by her daughter Pam (Ross) Keller of New Norway; two grandchildren: Scott (Leanne) Keller of Camrose, and Amber Keller (Chris Leibel) of Edmonton; one great-granddaughter, Lily Keller; and sister Mabel Spiess of Fort Kent, AB.
Gertrude was predeceased by her husband Alex and sister Holly Moore.
Funeral services were held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, January 22, 2009 from the Camrose United Church with Rev. Brian Hunter (St. Mary's Hospital Pastoral Care) and Mary Ann Pastuck officiating. Interment followed in the Dorenlee Cemetery.
