Mrs. Florence Olson (nee Magneson) of Camrose, passed away on Friday, December 26, 2008 at the age of 91 years.
Left to cherish her memory are her sons: Stan (Gloria) Olson of Edmonton and Jim (Jennifer) of Camrose; daughters: Marcia Donavon of Tofield, Marie Olson of Camrose, and Ruth (Daryl) Phillips of Camrose; son-in-law Leroy Johnson of Camrose; 17 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and one sister, Helen Thompson.
Florence was predeceased by her husband Luther Olson, daughter Dianne Johnson, brother Rudy Magneson, sister Esther Olson, and grandsons Craig Donovan and Steven Phillips.
Funeral services were held on Tuesday, December 30, 2008 at 11:00 a.m., from the Messiah Lutheran Church (4810-50 St.) in Camrose with Rev. David Eriksson officiating. Interment followed in the Camrose Cemetery.
Memorial contributions are gratefully accepted to the Augustana University College Luther Olson Scholarship, or to the charity of your choice.
